Ali Kemal Köroğlu
Ali graduated from University of Exeter Law School and worked across various industries. Demonstrating remarkable versatility, Ali has gained experience in the operations department of Istanbul Başakşehir Football Club, the legal department of Galatasaray Sports Club, and afterward he has completed a human rights training program at the United Nations Human Rights Council. Before co-founding KOS, Ali worked at The LOWE Group, Soho House and several startups.
He acts as a business enabler and head consultant at KOS; crafting tailored solutions for businesses facing challenges or simply seeking growth. Ali brings his vision, profound business comprehension, and creativity to guide our partners uncharted territories. At KOS, Ali plays a pivotal role in assisting our clients by leveraging his network. Proactively engaging with problems, he prioritizes practical solutions, ensuring that businesses not only survive but thrive sustainably in today's dynamic global market.

Berk Sovuksu
Berk graduated from Özyeğin University and became a member of the Istanbul Bar Association in 2019. Prior to becoming a founding partner at KOS, he worked at prestigious law firms and at Garanti Bank Headquarters. He also has actively engaged in academic pursuits related to European Union Law in prominent locations, including Den Haag, Brussels, Geneva, and Luxembourg.
In 2021 and 2022, Berk organized the Cryptocurrencies and Cybercrime Conferences, under the leadership of the Hatay Bar Association's Information and Publication Committee.
He is a skilled litigator who also provides legal advice to a wide range of local and international companies, with a focus on Turkish law. His clients come from various industries, such as hospitals, schools, trade chambers, private individuals, and big import-export companies.
